Vegas Valley Book Festival!

After the BIG BAD SNOWSTORM we had here in Colorado last night, I am very excited to be heading to the Vegas Valley Book Festival this weekend. No boots, no gloves, and no flannel pj's in this girl's suitcase!

"What's Hot for Teens in Fantasy and Paranormal Fiction" panel. I'll be chatting with several authors I love and adore, including Rachel Caine, Bree Despain, Sophie Jordan, James Dashner, Veronica Wolff, Tera Lynn Childs, and my favorite Southern Lady Friend, Rachel Hawkins.

Kids Need to Read

Hi all! I'm back home from the SILENCE tour and slowly acclimating to normal life. My internal clock seems to be still living in London, so I was very proud of myself for staying up until 9:30 last night, ha! We'll see if I can do at least that late with trick-or-treating tonight...

SILENCE Excerpt and Trailer

Hey everyone!

Thrilled to make this announcement: There will be a fourth book in the HUSH, HUSH saga! The book (untitled) will be out Fall 2012. Why the change in plans, you ask? First, I felt compelled to write a book set during Cheshvan, since it plays such a huge role in the HUSH, HUSH series. Second, fans and readers have been asking for a fourth book, and I wanted to deliver! I've spent the past couple months writing book 4, and I know how the story is going to end. The fourth book will be the final installment.
